There is no one universal type of therapy or counseling that works best for all people and there are differences in therapy techniques for individuals, families, teens, etc. You can expect sessions to be tailored to your presenting concerns and goals. I work collaboratively with each client to determine what they would like from therapy and how our work together can help.

Please visit the Contact page to reach me with any questions or to arrange an initial meeting. Finding a good fit in a therapist is extremely important and is essential to growth. Please exercise your right to look around and ask questions. I look forward to assisting you on your journey in what ever way possible, be it ongoing counseling or connecting you to the best fit possible.
